“I mainly use bet365 and that is purely because their app and site navigation and look is just much easier to use than any other site. You're my second choice depending on what offers you have.”

“I think the app could be designed better. A pin/touch print ID like sky have would speed up entry for frequent users. Also, a search facility within the app would help to locate bets easier.”

“It's good and I prefer PP to other sites. However, there's ongoing problems that bet365 does not have. Bet365 streams almost every in play sport to watch on iPad iPhone and desktop. Bet365 also gives more matches to bet on and more options of bets on each game. Paddy power is difficult to place in play bets as it declined as soon as the price changes whereas bet365 will place it with current odds. The other side however is customer service at PP is the best by far from every single company. Pp has best loyalty bonuses and really looks after customers. For me, I think the only improvements are they need to stream in play action on phones otherwise how can you compete with bet365 when they show live sports in everything!! It needs to happen to steal their customers. However, I am thrilled with pp and won't be moving at moment.”

“Good for betting but ran into lengthy problems when trying to withdraw (verification and not being allowed to withdraw to Skrill, even though I already made a deposit using Skrill).”

“You have 1 big problem which is the limit you applied to certain bets.....also you need to improve the statement and have some kind of loyalty scheme to keep your customers. The competition in this industry is extremely high”

“Account lock after a few failed login attempts a bit harsh, impossible to change credit/debit card details on mobile site, on the plus side the chat function is very good and I much prefer it to phone/email.”
