“The free wonder wheel is a joke I won ten spins they would only let me play two eligible games and surprise the games wouldn't launch I contacted them had me waiting 15 minutes to look at my account then fobbed me off saying for me to check WiFi etc and then hung up they won't even pay as much as ten pence never mind 1000!!! Disgusting and they are a multi billion company!!”

“The UK nr 1 casino site when it come to unfairness and low customer service. Worst experience here, playing thousands of pounds and receiving close to 0 in return all times. My last experience I've deposit 1000 pounds to see dead spins and the outcome , only had a bonus on a 3 pound bet that paid 30 pounds.. absolutely ridiculous. Stay far away from this rip off, should be banned”

“AVOID take take take what makes me laugh you hardly given a free bet and that wonder wheel just a con you will never win the cash now and then 10p scratch card what a fu—ing joke the slots just as bad always get 2 bonus then your see the other one come round then all of a sudden drops pp you are the worst betting site but come to think of it all sites are cons might let you win for few times but soon quickly takes it back”

“Put €20 on mon mome today At 66 to 1 Would’ve been great pay out it was no 7 But After that off it changed to number 24 I only put the number on the bed sleep there had been glitches with the screens all morning but nobody wants to listen scumbags thieves”

“I went to put on a £1 each way on a three horse patent cost would have been £14 in total but the pp website would not allow me to do this and message came up maximum bet for this bet is 0.23 pence what sort of bookmaker are they in my opinion total rubbish everything is geared for themselves and not for their clients don’t go near them at all.”

“I am very annoyed with paddy power.Tried to change my address and card details.Sent all my details to them passport with my photo.bank statement and birth certificate.I have been with them for a number of years.my account had £99 in it.I normally use my winnings to pay small bills.I want my money.For us poor people that’s a lot of money andI want it back.Iam now going to trading standards the financial ombudsman and the. Television programme Rip of Britain.You took all my personal details and then closed my account.How dare you?”

“So been using this site for a year, I have withdrew winnings before to my account, with no problem, small amounts, I win 1000 pound and withdraw it to then be refused the payment to my bank, there saying they want a picture of the front and back of a bank card I used a year ago!! A fkn year ago!! The card expired so I got new card, obviously…. So do not have the old one… it expired!!! Same bank same account number and sort code the lot! And to make it worse they have let me withdraw and deposit with my card on a few times!!! But nope paddypower is refusing to pay me out my winnings , now they’re saying they want bank statements from a year ago showing all all transactions!!! FROM AND A WHOLE YEAR OF STATEMENTS !! I’ve never heard the likes in all my days!!! Robbing ppl of there winnings that’s what they are doing!!! How they get away with this is beyond me honestly… Well paddypower I will not be leaving this trust me…. I have contacted gaming commissions, and I will contact others… I have took pics of conversations , the lot.. ! I will not not stop until use pay me my winnings. Security checks my back side…. Robbing ppl more like… should have read the reviews before playing on this site. I’m not the only one they have done this to.. they are keeping ppls winnings,and using any excuse they can.. wanting a year of bank statements is complete and utter nonsense!!…. So ppl be aware this is what this site will do to you… Will update here again soon…”

“After loading money onto my account, making some small bets and making some small winnings, they suspended my account. Refuse to tell me why its suspended and won't allow me to withdraw funds. Simply online theft - avoid!”
