“Been waiting for nearly a hour on beat the drop for result to be settled, Absolutely Disgrace. Also all Football bets keep stating suspended in match for over 20 mins, then you loose cash out you wanted and they take your stake. No longer place cash bets with these anymore, I've referred my issues to the Gambling association committee”

“Joined because of promotion 50-1 for Liverpool to win against Bournemouth. Placed bet…refused to pay out promotion odds as I had added money to my account via Applepay instead of card. Absolute Joke if you ask me. Deleted account straight away. Would never recommend…advice…stay away!!”

“Avoid this company! I won a couple of sports bets and they decided to close my account 'on business grounds' and they kept all my winnings! Of course they had no problem keeping any money I lost . They refuse to give a reason for their actions and instead they claim they do not need to explain. If you lose they'll keep you , if you win they ban you .”

“Ive had free bonus spins about 10 times now and every time ive won £2-£3 now, crazy!! So hard to get bonus spins now and its always nothing. Seems every casino site is like this now. A few years ago if you got bonus spins you would get £300 minimum!”

“Thieves .I got scammed into making a e5 bet on the boxing, the offer was bet e5 and receive e5 free bet.Only prob was I bet the e5 but didn't get the free e5 bet. Tried to enquire every way I could unsuccessfully. I waited over 2 hours unsuccessfully to be connected to live chat. Probably shouldn't of bothered for e5 but it's annoying how they can just scam people without repercussions”

“Where do i start Put 5 bets on the football today 25/11/23 3 accumulation bets were coming in at 90 mins and conveniently the games were marked suspended for the whole 90 mins (Over 15 games) the cashout for the 3 bets would have easily totalled over £1000 and in injury time teams scored I didn’t need to score and my bets went down.no cashout offered for over 90 mins is criminal”

“Everything. Roulette clearly rigged. Fixed wonder wheel. Arrow up, arrow down and 👎 every day so clearly not random. Changing best odds to Opt it(ludicrous) I didn't know till got a winner and got cheated again. Now PP Twitter account clearly discriminatory and filled with hate speech to annoy your customers. Don't you realise people that have accounts with you may support Chelsea or Everton or City. Whoever tweets this is a troll. Get rid of them or I'm closing my account.”

“Massively wrapped off with their customer service. Had a new card issued from my bank and they can’t cancel the last one. Been using the new one for 6 weeks, now I’ve actually won some money they insist it must be paid to my old , obsolete card. Went into one of their shops, they were very helpful but couldn’t resolve my issues. Very poor service and I still can’t get my money I won.”

“Initial offer was misleading and very hard to make sure all steps had been taken. When trying to withdraw any winnings. It’s very difficult and have now ended up having to have a paddy power card. Will use up any funds and close asap.”

“At first I got regular bonuses with decent payouts. A few months in and still I tinker, but now its just take take take from their site. I suspect they decrease the payout per player account! I also get FAR fewer promotions after having played their games.”
