“Closed my account for no reason & the helpline is not very helpfull at all. As the stupid advert on Talksport says, "A realistic Paddy Power shouldnt expect any help with there account!"”

“Dreadful Customer service! After a fruitless 50 minutes on line the CS agent at Betfair where you are routed through to tells me that he is nothing to do with Paddy Power. So I tell him that I am on the Paddy Power site and this is where I have been automatically routed through to, and by the way the last CS agent that I got through to after dozens of attempts told me that Paddy Power and Betfair are merged and he was able to look up my account. So I have given the CS agent all the details he needs to look up my bet but No! sorry can't find any of your details or bets. He then conveniently gives me details for the Paddy Power Customer Services on line. Where did he get that from so quickly if they are nothing to do with Paddy Power?!! Just for a laugh, cause I've got nothing better to do with my time than speak to useless robots and CS agents at Paddy Power, I try the address he has given me and guess what, it takes you directly back to Betfair and the people I have just been dealing with! Initially I couldn't get through to anyone as once you click on the customer services button the page decides you want to change your log in details and takes you round in various circles which end with a ' This page doesn't work' message. I eventually got through to a robot, after 2 hours of trying,which is a frustrating waste of time and then an actual person who told me he would have a look and be back with me in 15-20 minutes. All in All a shameful waste of time with a member of staff who was useless at his job. So frustrated I'm going to close my account! So well done PADDY POWER for wasting thousands of people's time and creating a rubbish record for yourselves. Why don't you pull your finger out and learn the true meaning of customer service?!”

“Do not use paddy power for any sort of betting. Repeat Don't use. There odds are now terrible. Better elsewhere. But NOT PADDY POWER.”

“I have been fully scammed they are refusing to payout although the made a error bet for the Man u Vs Newcastle they said in brackets (1 so far) and was for two shots on target which after that one he got another on target so bet wins but apparently not I have a screenshot for proof stay away scammers.”

“I put a double on after checking their odds, both teams showed 2/1 on or better, when I picked up my winnings I had received 4/1 on and 3/1 on, the bloke behind the counter laughed at me Avoid this and all other betting shops like the plague”

“Spent £925 in the last month. Cashed out ZERO. I’m not greedy, but when you get 30 bonuses on a £2 bet and you recieve a combined £22…You might thing it’s a scam. Please don’t try this casino. And the 4.5 star that it’s here? A Scam too”

“Tried to report someone using my email address for an account on this site. I've had this issue before & it's a simple matter of a password reset. Their support hung up on me instantly when I was not willing to send my ID (from a different country that they would not be able to verify) to an online gambling site that I can't even access from here. I didn't even have time to explain before I was cut off. ID does not verify email address, so that doesn't even make any sense. How would my ID help in any way. Super shady.”

“Slot games very rarely do you get bonuses from one week to the next not acceptable you would expect to get some return but it’s been nothing for over a week don’t think I’m going to use this site anymore it’s shocking wish I read reviews first could have saved myself a lot of money”

“When a big company like paddy power dont sort out about a payment that i sent and was not put on my account straight away they said they did not receive a payment but my bank TSB tells me different and my account says that they have gave them the faster payment i.d and it still take them over 28 hours to sort out and still not been sorted they say it takes time have they only got one person on each sections of the company not even a apologie or an email or a phone call to let me know whats going on very very disappointed with the paddy power”

“Been with paddy for years.bingo names newbie or same names. games slots absolutely shocking but worst of all contact centre a joke. Ch allows bullying if you make wrong comments ie waiting on 1 in free game gets worse if paid game avoid Good comments if you want a withdrawal it’s fast If newbie go in take withdraw”

“What a absolute joke this company are suspended your account for no reason whatsoever then give you the runaround trying to get it back up and running can't talk to anyone gave up in the end the website is a mine field no one there to talk to try going onto chat then gives you a list as long as your arm pick one then sends you back to where you started 😉 what a joke William Hill it is then will give them my money 💰”

“Signed up as a new customer with the offer place a £10 football bet and you’ll revive £50 in free bets once settled. They give you the option to pay with Apple Pay however exclude this option from being an eligible way to place the bet?? Stating it’s in the small print. The money is coming from the same source and it’s an option they encourage you to pay with. Its a ploy to get you to spend more money. It’s an contractual unfair term that makes no logical sense. Scam, avoid!”

“I have deposited £350 and when I got a winner with £10 on at 9/2 I was given 16/5 rip off price. Best odds only on selected meetings they say. So HOW do I bet my horse if it is much shorter with you and I don't want the miserly price? I wouldn't take that price in a betting shop and get SP. The advisor implied I would be better of betting elsewhere.”

“Games are terrible , you actually have games with bonuses that pay ZERO after 5 min of animation. Time and money to be payed Zero. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask, worst casino by far... I like my games but im done with Paddy Power games. Your bonus games pay Zero. Wow”

“System crash at 1/2 time on a Saturday afternoon during the 3 o’clock games . Unable to cash out so lost out on over £100 . And that’s ok according to them because it’s in the terms and conditions. How much did they make on that afternoon”
