Massively wrapped off with their customer service. Had a new card issued from my bank and they can’t cancel the last one. Been using the new one for 6 weeks, now I’ve actually won some money they insist it must be paid to my old , obsolete card. Went into one of their shops, they were very helpful but couldn’t resolve my issues. Very poor service and I still can’t get my money I won.
