“I have found it very difficult to find what I want to bet on. Even chat help people had difficulties and it took three days and an amazing person called Eoghan at the help chat service to get me set up. I think you should offer a service for new or inexperienced people to actually place a bet through the help line rather than try to search themselves - search bar does not really help but some excellent people at help chat could”

“As I already said in the previous survey, your offering is top class, however it seems strange to me that you have such a great deal like MBS and GP along with various footy offers.. high light them on your site, email out the offers and promote it on all your advertising..then when I take up the offer you withdraw it Weird! I think you guys need to rethink your tactics and get your act together... What happened to good old over round????”
