“In automated emails please add links to the items you mention. I received a message about the "My Team" section only I can't find it on the site at all! There's also a few issues with javascript though that could be my own computer's problem. When trying to activate the live chat it wouldn't open the new page so I actually had to use Google to find the proper link.”
