“My overall experience with this site and the customer service has been poor. The general "Couldn't care less" attitude I tend to get from the live chat agents sometimes is awful. If they cannot answer my concern and I ask to speak with a manager they just say "this is not a manager related issue unfortunately" which is basically saying "We don't think your important enough to help you" and then they just say "Thank you or contacting us, have a good day" and leave before your finished talking. Sometimes the chat agents help me and answer my queries but unfortunately the bad outweighs the good which is why I have given it a poor rating. The general site is not have any major problems with the exception of having inaccurate times during games (By inaccurate I do not mean a few seconds out, I mean about 20 minutes out) so I now check the score on external sites like flashscores so I know what bets to place and when to cash out. The site has no major glitches and offers a wide variety of bets like WWE paperviews. Overall I would not recommend this site as the customer service is usually dreadful.”
