“You really know how good or bad a seller is when you have to get any after sales service. With my last order from Outdoor GB I had a chance to check this. First, my address was somehow wrong when I received the order confirmation. I emailed them and had it all sorted before order was dispatched. Then two of the items weren't as I expected them so I used the returns procedure. All went smooth. Both thinks above fill me with confidence that I can shop on this website again with no worries. It wasn't the first time, it won't be the last.”

“Some of the items I ordered was not in stock after I ordered, straight away had an email telling me, I looked at some other options onsite then emailed back and asked for the other items they gladly change my ordered and I got delivery well in the time frame they set.”

“Having found this retailer by accident when looking for some new walking shoes, they are now my go-to first port of call for outdoor footwear. The prices are reasonable but improve if there is an offer. The brands range from cheaper brands to more expensive ones but they are all known names so you know what to expect. The communication on orders and despatch are good. I have now used Outdoor GB three times for footwear purchases for family and I have no hesitation in recommending them.”
