We do everything we can to ensure a positive experience, with a UK-based customer service team, same-day dispatch before 6pm, and daily price comparisons.

“I wasn’t knowledgeable enough to know the gimbal was for pre 2022 items so I gave it in stock now. Ready for the day I find an item I can use it on 😊. My Caterham is fitted out with the kit for an upcoming trip now and all works well. Dash top mount was ideal as not much space in the cockpit. Many thanks.”

“Currently waiting for a response to my email regarding how to make an exchange. However, if Outdoor GB finds the following information helpful here it is for what it's worth: the Dare2b jacket I bought for my grandson was advertised as suitable for age 11- 12 or up to 152cm in height. Grandson is 145cm tall at 9yrs old so I was thinking I'd erred on the side of caution to give him some wear from it. The jacket was very small and I need a bigger size for him. Perhaps Outdoor GB might consider adding that customers should size up before purchasing ?”
