“Easy to find what I was looking for, thanks to a well structured and easy to use web site. Payment was easy and there were a number of delivery options - l went for the free option. Purchase arrived on time as promised. Coat was in perfect condition and is exactly what I was expecting. Tested the coat mid-March in West Wales, passed with flying colours. An all round great experience.”

“I ordered a coat which I needed for a holiday. The delivery time given was 5-12 working days. However I was aware it could take longer than this, depending where it was being shipped from. When 12days passed I contacted customer services, they replied very swiftly, and were extremely helpful. A few days later I received an email,to say it had been received and would soon be out for delivery. Today I received my coat which I am very pleased with, and by far the cheapest online by £50! Would definitely ordered from here again.”

“My walking boots were delivered quickly and free of charge. Unfortunately they were a bit too small. I contacted the company and they arranged return and replacement very quickly. Any email queries were answered straight away. Great service and reasonable price.”
