We do everything we can to ensure a positive experience, with a UK-based customer service team, same-day dispatch before 6pm, and daily price comparisons.

“The parcel was late and then cancelled by the delivery company. "Customer service" advised I can't get my refund until they have the returned parcel, so all in all Outdoor GB have had £100 of mine for nearly a month with no goods even being attempted to be delivered and no assistance from the CS team. Cheap for a reason!”
