“Ordered footwear and was told a few days later that this was out of stock. I was told I'd be waiting 3 weeks for the next stock to arrive and a note would be put on my account to ensure delivery. I've not reached the three week mark yet so I will have to wait and see.
Despite this it should be advertised as out of stock on the website if it is not in stock. The company needs to improve it's inventory procedures as customers who are not as patient as I am will demand refunds and leave poor reviews which could be avoided.”
