“The company offers a paid for service of a % plus fee + VAT that HMRC will do for free. If you are entitled to claim the money back can just phone HMRC. The terms and conditions are clear that there is a charge but who reads them. They will earn more than me for the service and cancellation is not easy.”

“I was given around £46.00 and you took half of it so in actual fact it wasn't really worth me claiming I really won't be doing it again it wasn't worth it”

Hi Julie, We send out all cheques within 5 working days, if you haven't received it within 7 weeks of HMRC's confirmation please send us an email with your claim ref/NI number, the exact amount of the rebate and if possible a photo scan of the confirmation stating payment was made to us. We endeavour to reply to emails within 1 working day of receipt however at busy times this can take a little longer.
