“I was expecting around £130 back but in the end recieved a cheque for about £40 fees are astronomical and if you try and ring them it will cost you the pittance you have left from the claim”

“The whole process took far too long, it was also impossible to speak directly to anyone in the office all correspondence had to be done by email which prolonged the process. The fee of 25% plus £10 for each cheque was too expensive.”
