“If I could leave them no stars I would. After revenue confirming tax rebate payment to this company. They finally replied to my 3rd email to say they haven't received my tax rebate from revenue as of yet 3 weeks after revenue telling me the company has received my money into there account pure stammers be very AWARE avoid if possible”

“They took a rent tax of 499 from the revenue.ie and then took 150 euros as service fee. They just a pain in ass”

“DO NOT give these people your details. I pestered them with emails for several weeks, and eventually they repaid me taking 30% of it, because I sent a solicitors letter. They ask for verification and then when you ask for you money send generic responses saying , your verification failed but won't tell you why. It's just a scam to rob money off people who might not continue to email them. They have no phone number for a reason! They don't want you contacting them. It's disgraceful Revenue work with them if I'm honest, knowing they are out to rob people.”

“Beware! This company is not complying with their terms and conditions and are breaching basic consumer rights. Their fee is 30% despite other Irish tax rebate services charging a fee of 10%. This company is just out to make maximum profit and exploit innocent people who are less experienced in the Irish tax system. Was brought up on Joe Duffy - lots of people have unfortunately be used by this company.”

“Absolute fraud of a company, I processed the claim myself and they are with holding my payment. They did not do any of the work. Cannot get them on the phone, because they are disgraceful and know what they are doing so make it impossible for people to contact them. They ignore your queries and respond only to tell you what they want. Scam and complete fraud, DO NOT let them access your details. If you have Revenue have informed me they can continually access your account. I had to pester them to agree I had ended my "contract", which was basically enquiring and giving my PPS number. Absolutely despicable behaviour.”

“I filled in the form in November 2023 , I gave irish revenue permission to pay into there account number. AND WOULD YOU BELIEVE IT GOT NOTHING FROM THEM . THEY WONT RESPOND TO EMAILS IM OF THE OPINION IV BEEN SCAMMED ,small country little time required to find out which home is gone be visited”

“Do not respond to their ad's. These people are crooks, i was due a refund of 525 and they took 157.00, there was no reference to their commission. BEWARE. THEY TOOK MY REFUND INTO THEIR ACCOUNT. THIEVES.”

“This agency is RABER!!!! they advertise on facebook (How this webside pass such advertising unnoticed that it is a scam - I have already reported it on ) They take 30 percent(in the best of the chances and they do not inform about it at all. No answer on email. Waiting for my money still. This company is located in Building 1000, Units 1201 & 1202 City Gate, Mahogany, Cork Garda should look into this, this is a clear fraud.”

“Please do not use this service !!! Although everything seems legit they are a scam ... They took my tax refund into their bank account and I am still waiting for it - I haven't sent my bank details to they and they won't return my money to Revenue. I am trying to get my rebate from them since Dec 2022... They reply to my emails with generic messages. No phone contact number.”

“DO NOT USE THIS CO. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. THEY RECEIVED MY REBATE OF A COUPLE HUNDRED EUROS AND NEVER PAID ME 1cent BACK. THEY PROVIDE NO NAMES NOR PHONE NUMBERS WHICH ARE IMMEDIATE RED FLAGS. PLS DO NOT CONFUSE THEM WITH THE LEGITIMATE "IRISH TAX REBATES" AS THEY APPEAR TO REPRESENT THE SAME COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.”
