Absolute fraud of a company, I processed the claim myself and they are with holding my payment. They did not do any of the work. Cannot get them on the phone, because they are disgraceful and know what they are doing so make it impossible for people to contact them. They ignore your queries and respond only to tell you what they want. Scam and complete fraud, DO NOT let them access your details. If you have Revenue have informed me they can continually access your account. I had to pester them to agree I had ended my "contract", which was basically enquiring and giving my PPS number. Absolutely despicable behaviour.
