“I had a problem with my account which meant no standing orders or direct debits went out. So I called to make a payment only to be told that no it's fine the payments gone through. I then receive an email saying that only £30 was taken? What the hell is going on?”

“Have to say , very understanding company to deal with ....lost job with one weeks notice causing financial chaos for me ! Very happy to be able to rearrange payment schedule ..felt like I was talking to a real person not just a script reader that's so often the case these days ...thank you!”
