Dear Mr. Bowring, We're very sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. You placed your order on Saturday, 28th October and it was despatched on the next working day, Monday, 30th October via 2nd class Royal Mail. It seems to have got "lost in the post" so we'll despatch a replacement today for you. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
