“The capsules arrived quickly well packed with some interesting & informative information. I have only taken a couple so am unable to review their efficacy. However the seaweed & iodine combination is recommended.”

“I am a late middle-aged woman .who has been taking the sea weed capsules from O.of G for several years, originally simply as a nutritional supplementl. I found my nails, which had been flaking, became stronger, and I have few grey hairs. I attribute both of these effects to the capsules.”
