Dear Mr. Bowring, We're very sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. You placed your order on Saturday, 28th October and it was despatched on the next working day, Monday, 30th October via 2nd class Royal Mail. It seems to have got "lost in the post" so we'll despatch a replacement today for you. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you very much for your review. A note on the bubble wrap - the only packaging we purchase is all-paper Jiffy bags. Any other packaging we use is re-used from deliveries to us. Even if it's bubble-wrap, or even polystyrene chips, better to re-use it than throw it away.
