“These are fantastic products. They have a delightful smell and since using them my hands have not been dry or cracked. No longer do I need numerous amounts of cream and cuticle treatments. My arthiritic finger joints look and feel less inflammed too which is amazing.”

“Having read about Nursem in a blog I follow I decided to try the product. Really like it - not the cheapest but you only need a small amount so it lasts a long time and really helps the small skin cracks that I sometimes have to heal quickly. The hand cream has a mild pleasant fragrance and is quickly absorbed into the skin. I was able to nominate a nurse who works in the Pain Clinic at the local hospital to receive a generous gift of Nursem handcream which was gratefully received and shared with her team.”

“Purchased some hand cream some time ago then saw the owner on TV on customer is always right... the product is fab at an affordable price (most expensive isn’t always the best and cheapest not always good value!) ... it was lovely to see this company on the tv and do so well ..: even better was how proud the owner was and rightly so. Love supporting British and so lovely that despite being small you are also helping out the NHS... well done”

“My hands were dry cracked and bleeding , within one day of using your cream in the day and the skin fix overnight there was a vast improvement , this stuff may be expensive but I cannot recommend it enough , I will never use another hand cream again”

“I am using the hand wash it is brilliant, helping my poor hands which split in the cold weather, I also have the skin fix which I use at night, and the hand cream for daytime they don’t leave your hands sticky as some do. I love all of them. Thank you”

“My son is a nurse who suffers with really dry hands due to excessive washing & my hubby works outdoors & his fingers crack with the cold weather. Both of them have been using this hand cream & have said how good it is so will defo be ordering again. Brilliant xx”

“I first bought this product when I saw it on a tv program about people who came up with an idea and then it went off to different people to try. I thought it was such a great idea so bought some. I was so impressed with the hand cream I bought the larger size and the hand was to go with it. And I live that they give free hand cream to nurses across the country.”

“Love this product. Have a pump dispenser in kitchen, a tube in my handbag (and add a tube in with birthday gifts) and a tub at the side of my bed. Excellent at relieving very dry hands and smells wonderful. Great company to deal with. Prompt delivery.”
