“Ordering page didn’t recognise discount link (I’m a nurse). I used their contact us form and I received an odd 2 word reply. I emailed again and got a proper reply telling me how to address the discount issue. A few days later, I got another reply. Just not smooth running...perhaps it’s just teething trouble for the company?”

“It’s a lovely hand cream. Nice & creamy & dries well with no stickiness. Only problem for me is I just don’t like the smell of it! My husband doesn’t mind the smell though, so it won’t be going to waste:) he was really suffering from very dry & sore hands & it has helped him with that. I have dropped one star due to the fragrance!”

“In error, I ordered a range of products which I thought to be all hand care cream. Unfortunately, 1 is a hand wash which isn’t what I wanted. All said, the products are very good. I’d like to know when my named nurse will receive her supply?”

“Bought the fix it cream and hand cream together as my hands were in a dreadful state. After 3 days use what a difference! The itching stopped and my skin was so much better. Brilliant service and great idea. My daughter works in a nursery and her skin is really bad and this has helped her too.”

“Prompt delivery. It's nongreasy hand cream. Both cream and hand wash are really useful for hand eczema. Unfortunately , the quantity is small. Very expensive. As a nurse working in NHS, I find this not so affordable. Hence won't be buying again as there are affordable alternatives with similar results in market.”
