“It does what it says on the box .. and more. I work with glass. My fingers tips are rough and my hands are cracked and dry - or should I say were. The kind of dry that sets your teeth on edge if you touch any 'catchy' cloth. This is made worse by the endless use of hand sanitisers. Nursem is the best hand treatment I have ever used, and I have used many. Within days my hands are almost normal. Feet next? I will be passing this onto my long suffering hairdressers. Thank you, thank you. I'm so glad you found me!”

“Well, I use this as and when required. It leaves the skin feeling smooth and therefore better for everyone (i work in childcare) Also whenever my daughter pops in, she pops a pea sized amount on and the relief is great!!! With 2 girls expecting, I think this will have to be in their baby baskets ;)”

“Really great product and company. Pricing fair, ethics sound, product works excellently. I have UAT and have an outdoor manual job. Extremely dry hands trying to cope with working outdoors in all weather and repeat hand washing - my hands were not just a mess they were cracked and very sore. Using the hand wash, repair cream and barrier cream for a week and what a improvement! After 2 weeks no longer sore and almost back to normal. Add to this the opportunity to nominate a nurse that has been brilliant at my local surgery is the icing on the cake. Product absorbs quickly, smells nice and works 😄👏 Thank you!”
