“I have used the hand wash and hand cream for a while now and my hands are amazingly soft and split free. I recommend these products to carers who have sore hands and they have cried the very next time they saw me. One chased me down and gave me flowers and chocolates as she was so happy with pain free hands. Can't thank you enough for these hand washes and creams.”

“A product that really works. I am currently on my second purchase and will definitely be purchasing again in the future. I have the fragranced version and it a lovely fresh smell not a perfume heavy smell. It is a little more expensive than many high street brands, but Nursem works, plus only a very small amount is needed for each application. The donation to nurses and midwives is also a great idea. Maybe at some point in the future it can also include care home and home care workers as well.”

“The best hand cream that has worked on my extremely dry hands! I suffer from eczema and with all the extra hand washing and cold days my hands suffered terribly - tried many different specialist creams but this was the only one that has really helped get my skin back to normal! Highly recommend and live that they give back to nurses too! Huge thumbs up from me 👍”

“I work as part of an amazing nursing team in a local Hospice, as you can imagine all of our hands have become battered, cracked and so sore. I purchased Nursem as a gift for the girls who work alongside me on the in patient unit. Wow. What a fantastic product Nursem is. All who have used it have said how good it is. Our hands feel cared for, nurtured and wrapped in love. No more sore or cracked hands. Thank you to the team at Nursem for everything they do. “I have tried both the hand wash and the hand cream and both were great. The hand wash is amazing for frequent use, leaving my hands soft and not dry, unlike most other soaps. The hand cream is very moisturising without feeling greasy or leaving a residue, so it is comfortable and can be used at work too. The prices are reasonable considering the quality. I have been very happy with Nursem products and have recommended them to friends and colleagues, the only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because there are no options for eco-friendly refills available and I believe that we should all try to be as sustainable as possible. I would love to continue buying Nursem products but am trying to reduce plastic as much as possible, it would be great to have sustainable refills available, I hope this will be available in the future.”

“Absolutely fabulous product. It is so gentle and has a lovely fresh fragrance. As I suffer with Eczema I had been struggling to find a product that I could use. I have now tried the whole range of Nursem products and will never use anything else. Just wish I had known about this before. After just a week of use my hands are now healed and no longer red, cracked and sore. I have recommended to many friends. I love that the product is cruelty free and the donation promise.”

“As someone with Psoriasis & a nurse working for the NHS, I have tried almost every moisturiser / cream i have come across, (prescribed or bought) so when a friend recommended this to me It called out! The idea of giving back, great reviews, the Unscented, suggested for extreme skin issues, and designed with nurses in mind.... I had to give it a go!”
