“Seen this product on Dragon's den..so decided to give it ago, as a nursing assistant within Ayrshire and Arran, face and hands can take a battering, this must be the best creative used and as a male it's usually the market top dog products that I purchase, this has now changed, I would definitely recommend this product to any one and the company give back to local health boards as the nursem promise.. Great product, great service, easy to navigate website..it's a 10 from me.”

“I bought the hand cream and intensive over night treatment after being recommended by a client. I’m a hairdresser and my hands are extremely dry... unfortunately these didn’t work for me at all. It says to use a pea sized amount, but this literally done nothing to my hands, so I had to use a lot more and even then they didn’t feel great. I used the whole tube of hand cream in under a week!! I wouldn’t of minded if I felt like they made the slightest difference, but if anything they felt drier after using these products. Unfortunately I don’t recommend at all.”

Hi Jodie. We're so sorry to hear you haven't had a great experience using Nursem. While we have lots of customers who advocate for how much our products have helped their hands, our products don't always work perfectly for everyone which we're really sorry about. It sounds like you've tried using our Caring Hand Cream, but we'd definitely recommend giving our Caring Skin Fix a go as this is a more intense solution used overnight which acts as a healing barrier. “I’ve never known a product to be so universally popular with my colleagues. Working as COVID 19 vaccinators in an outdoor centre, where added to the constant washing, the cold really took its toll on our hands. A gift of Nursem gave us all a little bit of comfort. The fragrance, the way it is so easily absorbed, non greasy and kept our skin intact. Thank you, we loved it. Had to buy some when my free tube ran out.”
