“I love this hand cream, I work outside a lot and my knuckles get very red and cracked. I was recommended this cream by my mother in law and it's made a massive difference to my hands. They're not red and cracked any more. Best stuff ever and to top this they give a free hand cream to a nurse every time you purchase a product.”

“The hand cream is the best I have ever used. In the morning, my hands still feel hydrated from the cream I used at bedtime. With other creams my hands feel dry in the morning. I can highly recommend this cream.”

“Been buying Nursem for a while now. Had very dry hands to the point of them been sore and cracked. My hands reacted badly when this dry with other hand creams and moisturiser by coming out in hives. No so with Nursem very gentle and effective.”

“I ordered this hand cream as I’m a nurse and the constant washing of hands and using the alcohol gel is causing my skin to be extremely dry so seeing this advertised I thought I would try it as I need an intense cream”

“In my job as a support worker, in a NHS hospital. I find in winter my hands get very sore, bleed and crack from constantly washing my hands. This year has been different, as Nursem handcream and Nursem caring skin fix have nearly stopped my hands from bleeding and getting as sore as they would of been. I would definitely recommend Nursem hand cream to anyone in the care profession.”

“I work for a he NHS and tried so many hand creams over the years . My problem has always been the after feel. Nothing worse than the feeling of hands being tacky. I couldn’t believe it when this didn’t happen. I purchased more straight away . My hands have been amazing since I started using it . Great product. Thank you :)”

“These are by far the best hand products I have ever bought. I was given their caring skin fix as a gift for a horrible rash I had on my hands I was so impressed with it (my rash started to go in 24 hrs) I then purchased liquid soap and hand cream. They are amazing my rash has totally gone and my hands are really soft again. I would highly recommend these products . If I could give them 6 stars I would.”
