“Used there new site in Pelton Rd, Basingstoke. Clean units and good process. Not that near my house and I needed a big room.”

“Not happy with the price hike I had in August it went from £100 a month to £140 a month which I find unacceptable”

“I have been with the storage company 2 years the only gripe I have is the price increase you seem to be able to increase your price by 40% which I think is unacceptable With just a very short notice a jump from £100 per month to £140 per month is a lot for many people Hence working on emptying my unit other than the price hike I was happy with the unit”
