As a family-run business, we offer a personal yet professional service alongside the provision of premium insulated units to safely and securely store your possessions. Call your local Now Storage site today to discuss your storage requirements.

“Moving house is always a nightmare and we have been in our present home for 23 years and we have to wait for 3 or 4 more months before moving to our new house. It such a huge relief to know that we have safe, clean, secure, easily accessible storage within a few miles of our current home. Thank you; we actually rate you as a '6'! John & Caroline Batley”

“Now storage have been great. They were very polite and helpful on the phone therefore we went on to book a unit. Access to the Hereford site has been easy, the unit was clean on arrival and easy to drive to and very secure. We would recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“Stay away and avoid at any cost. They have terrible procedure seemingly setup to keep charging past vacating the units. I had a storage unit to hold furniture for few weeks while I moved house. When I was done, I called and informed them of my plan to leave the unit. They acknowledged my call and notice to vacate the unit, but then I discovered that they sent by email a form to fill out. I do not remember receiving the form incorrectly assumed the rental was over. It turns out they request the form, which I do not have, was a required notice and as they never received it back, they continued to charge my account for the unit while vacant and not used. 1400 pound later, I called and asked, when I was told that though they acknowledged my call informing them of vacating the unit, they kept under my name and continued to charge for it because they needed the stupid form filled. Despite repeated requests for them to reconsider, even a partial refund, they insisted and expressed in a poor manner that they would not even consider it. I had several experiences with other storage companies, none were even close to as bad as this one. Nonetheless though the form may or may not have been sent back, the fact remains that we have given you notice as evidenced by your email at the time confirming that we contacted you about vacating the unit. In any case now I have now filled the form and dated it with the date we originally vacated the unit and Kindley ask you consider refunding amounts charged after he date. Regards”

“Had a container for 4 weeks spanning a house move. Great facility at Now Storage in Cheltenham. Spotless container, great padlock provided and the whole thing had a really secure feeling about it. Easy access in and out and convenient location for central Cheltenham. Would happily use again should the need arise.”

“I really liked the access to a fully functional kitchen - for making meals and having drinks. Visiting self storage can be an exhausting add on, to a busy day, at a hectic time. Now made me feel supported. I liked the security of a personal Password for access to the unit. The space is brand new and therefore is very clean and ready for clients.”

“I have recently obtained storage with NOW Storage. I opted for one of their external containers as I can drive right up to the container without needing trollies and lifts ! The container is secure and clean easy to use. The process to store with NOW Storage was easy from the start with communication by email and telephone with an extremely helpful team who provided a professional and friendly service. Thanks Guys.”

“Good storage site, some issues with the main gate at times not working but always sorted ASAP. 2 locked gates with 24hr CCTV made us feel at ease that our van was safe. Would use again”

“I have to applaude you for employing your new Manager Gareth, what a helpful and knowledgeable man. I have finally after what seems an eternity found my forever home. Gareth supplied us with à tool set to take apart some furniture that wouldn't fit in the vehicle we had and asked if he had an alan key jokingly, he replied with any storage manager worth his salt should have one. What a man not only did he supply the tools but he has a great demeanor and would use your storage units again without any second thoughts. Thank you”

“A very helpful company to deal with. We are a small local charity and had a need for storage at short notice and Now Storage came to our rescue with storage at a very good rate for us as we have limited funds. They are and have been very supportive, definitely worth contacting them.”

“Now Storage in Oswestry, made my experience very well organize and give me peace of mind. The units are accessible, clean dry and secure. Customer service is excellent, always bending backwards and solving all your problems. Great manner on the phone. Price reasonable for the service provide. A big thank you to you all. “The storage facility is just outside Reading making easy to get to. The site was always secure and very clean and tidy. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful and solved any issues we had. We are checking out today but we shall definitely be back when the need arise.”
