How would I know? You've requested a review of your service, as yet you've failed to contact me to supply a service. Would assume as ever this is due to Covid.

Hi Robert - you submitted your quotation request on Saturday at 3:44pm and unfortunately we close at 12pm. We have been in touch this morning, less than 12 working hours later, and Nathan offered a quotation. We apologise we could not contact you sooner.
As its Xmas and communication is poor I'm not sure. you asked for things like copies of my licence. i sent you them and you asked me again for the same things. you have not let me know whether you have received them or not. I hope this is not a sign of how you do business. p.s. the rest of this review form is total nonsense.

Despite repeated requests I have still not received any of my insurance documents or information on how to send my proof of no claims. The customer service so far has been poor & I still don't know if my vehicle is fully insured. I would like this matter resolved as I am currently away on holiday.

Effecient service to start with, including rapid set up of my policy. However, I was assured over the telephone that my domestic van policy would cover me for occassional driving between different work sites for my employer and asked for e-mail confirmation of this; I was promised the e-mail but it never arrived. I then discovered that I had an applicable non-claims bonus not declared at the time of taking out the policy; I passed on details to Nova several weeks ago with a request to amend the policy accordingly, but have had no reply. A couple of weeks after taking out the policy my credit card was charged an additional adminstration fee of around £25 with no explanation. I have queried all of this by e-mail but received no reply. So, overall, poor service so far and Nova has proved to be disappointingly unresponsive after the initial policy premium was paid. This leads me to wonder how bad the service would be in the event of a claim.

Bought through comparison site. Not the cheapest but included legal assistance which cheaper quote didn't. By chance I read the schedule they sent me and saw legal wasn't included so I contacted them and pointed out I expected it would be. Polite reply from them saying unfortunately legal is not included in the item I purchased. I helpfully sent them a copy of the comparison site results page and repeated I would like to receive what I relied on to make the purchase, That was 5 days ago and apparently they are still looking into it. So, in my opinion they sell under false pretences, don't admit any fault and have a very loose view of what constitutes customer service. Based on my experience to date I would not be confident in ever having a claim settled satisfactorily,

Still trying to get our cover sorted as we were told after the policy had started that we were required to provide extra detail on ourselves - which we have tried contacting your customer service team to discuss by phone on numerous occassions & are still waiting for anyone to answer. We have also emailed your customer services requesting someone call us to discuss your request - we were sent stuff out in the poost which we again need to discuss with you. Being a newly formed businmess which has been trading since 1 February we are not in the position to be sitting around all day kept on hold in the hope someone will answer our phone call !!

I personally found your online registration process very very confusing an extremely difficult, despite several phone calls asking for help. I was told that they would send be a hard copy which I haven't yet received any of my days are running out and I don't want to be without insurance, so I had another go doing it online again have done the best I can. It is taken me several hours, but I do hope that it will do. I would have appreciated just being sent forms to fill in in the first place

The whole experience has been ridiculous. You fill in all the forms and you think its done by returning all the relevant information. Two days later you ask for it all again and as requested done it all again. Then today you start phoning me for all the information well you have it all , in fact you have had it all twice. And I have just received another email aswell asking for it all . ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

In brief: a poor customer care service, flippant attitude, unwillingness to negotiate a suitable date for payments to transfer. The fees went up the day after we booked online.

I am not very happy with your services because after I have made the insurance on my van, the next day I was contacted by one of the agents for some details and I have asked for a Goods in transit insurance. I was told that I will be contacted later for a quote. Next day I called your company with the same issue, a quote for a Goods in transit insurance, the same answer! After a week, during this time I have lost a few transports, I called again, I was told that I will be contacted later and obviously I had to call again to remind them about my quote, which finally they gave it to me! Basically if I wouldn`t have been forced by the jobs that I was receiving and my promises in front of the customers I wouldn`t have made my insurance with you! Cristian Dobrescu
