“Rubbish - order dispatched 28 oct it's now Nov 6th and order hasn't arrived! The party has been and gone now so I'd like a refund? No one has replied to my email!”

“Paid £3.99 for 2-3 days delivery . Took a week to get here so too late to use so had to purchase elsewhere. Products however were good.”

“After a slight problem with "non delivery by Royal Mail", everything was sorted out very satisfactorily and rapidly. A replacement order was sent immediately.”

“The product never showed up. I emailed about this and asked for a refund but nobody even returned my email. I am still waiting for the product to show up (although it is now far too late for the part it was required for) and for someone to be in touch regarding a refund. Really unimpressed by the service provided.”
