“Awful service. The product is not compatible with my nespresso machine as advertised. Inhave sent 4 emails asking for a refund and to return the product and not one of the emails has been answered I just get a standard response saying look at the FAQ’s. The product doesn’t work and I want a refund”

“I ordered two mugs which were plain dark green in the photos. First delivery I got two light green and white mottled mugs - nothing like the picture. Then replacements were blue! Final replacements still weren’t the dark green just more mottled light green ones but just couldn’t be bothered to return them. Only saving grace was customer services were quick to deal with it and collected the wrong sets very efficiently. They need to either put accurate pictures up or deliver what is ordered. Won’t be using again I’m afraid. ☹️”

“The elephant cocktail mugs are really cute and exactly what I was hoping for. One arrived slightly damaged but the company’s customer service were excellent and a new one was sent out and arrived next day! Would highly recommend!”

“Poor quality. Non-consumables sent me another quickly but it was the same condition. Are they seconds? They were covered in marks and the enamel was chipped.”

The mini-kegs are made of tinplate and are suitable for storing both carbonated and uncarbonated beverages, albeit we understand it may not be suitable for what you need it. “Bought a box of 48 plastic wine carafes for our bar at the Kent Tribute Festival. They were dispatched immediately and arrived well packaged and in good condition. Really pleased with the quality of the carafes and will use Non Consumables Limited again for any of our future needs”
