“I ordered two mugs which were plain dark green in the photos. First delivery I got two light green and white mottled mugs - nothing like the picture. Then replacements were blue! Final replacements still weren’t the dark green just more mottled light green ones but just couldn’t be bothered to return them. Only saving grace was customer services were quick to deal with it and collected the wrong sets very efficiently. They need to either put accurate pictures up or deliver what is ordered. Won’t be using again I’m afraid. ☹️”

“Poor quality. Non-consumables sent me another quickly but it was the same condition. Are they seconds? They were covered in marks and the enamel was chipped.”

“received 1/2 the order and the box I received was broken. The other half of the order was delivered quickly when I chased the order. If I had not chased I do not believe the other half would have got to me in time.”

“Paid £3.99 for 2-3 days delivery . Took a week to get here so too late to use so had to purchase elsewhere. Products however were good.”
