“The product never showed up. I emailed about this and asked for a refund but nobody even returned my email. I am still waiting for the product to show up (although it is now far too late for the part it was required for) and for someone to be in touch regarding a refund. Really unimpressed by the service provided.”

“The product is fine but unfortunately, despite asking for a specific delivery date, the item arrived late and hence missed the birthday party it was intended for. There was plenty of time, but it was posted late.”
