“Awful service. The product is not compatible with my nespresso machine as advertised. Inhave sent 4 emails asking for a refund and to return the product and not one of the emails has been answered I just get a standard response saying look at the FAQ’s. The product doesn’t work and I want a refund”

“The product never showed up. I emailed about this and asked for a refund but nobody even returned my email. I am still waiting for the product to show up (although it is now far too late for the part it was required for) and for someone to be in touch regarding a refund. Really unimpressed by the service provided.”

“I bought an item from this company and received it broken..I cannot get through to speak to anyone on their telephone number and I have had no reply to the email I sent...I want a refund so how do I go about getting my money back ???”

“Ordered my items on Monday, paid the 3.99 '2-3 working days delivery' it is now Saturday and no items!!!! No working contact number either, very very poor. Will not be using this service again and won't be recommending. Crap!”
