About Nibble & Gnaw:

Everyone involved in Nibble & Gnaw is a pet owner. And we all want the same thing: our pets to be happy and healthy. That’s our mission. It's the reason we founded the business.

We all know that diet is the most important thing for keeping small animals happy and healthy, and that forage should make up about 90% of their diet.

One day, whilst complaining about the poor quality of hay being sold, one of our friends said: "You know the hay I take into the Middle East for their thorough-breds? What about bringing that in to the UK for rabbits and guinea pigs?"

And that's how Nibble & Gnaw got started!

“1st cut Timothy hay from Nibble & Gnaw is my rabbits’ favourite hay. I’ve tried lots of different types from other suppliers, but they love this one - subsequently I feed them less pellets and their weight now is perfect because of it. I have a re-order on subscription which is handy.”

“Came fresh and in tact. Delivery time could be better as it comes through Royal Mail it can be a bit slow. Online ordering easy and straight forward.”

“This seems like a lovely company. I ordered a Timothy Hay sample box which came well packaged. My Guinea Pig loves it. It's lovely and lush and not at all dusty. I very much appreciated the attentive Customer Service which is very efficient and personal. Will use again.”

“This is the best hay I have found so far, and my guinea-pigs absolutely love it! I have been getting a mixture of first cut and second cut, and they really like the combination. The hay itself is of exceptional quality,and does not feel as dusty and gritty as others I have purchased, which also a bonus for me, as I get less allergic to it. The first cut, in particular, has such a lovely fresh smell to it. In addition to the hay itself, the packaging is brilliant, being in a box, with biodegradable or recycleable packaging inside, which feels much better for the environment. Having the hay in a box makes it much easier for me to store too. The hay is delivered to your door, and you can get it on subscription, and make savings. I wouldn't want to get any other hay now!”

“This hay is the only one that turns my rabbits’ droppings golden yellow!!!...and all bunny lovers will know that it says a lot! No dust and it smells amazing. It’s always fresh and my bunnies absolutely love it! Thank you!”

“I noticed my Guinea Pigs were not excited to eat their Hay anymore, so I tried Nibble and Gnaw - Pigs ware back to rushing to the hay tray as soon as I deliver fresh hay - you can smell the freshness in the bag. Bag is bio-degradable too, and its nicely packed. Recomend to all Guinea pig owners.”

“Excellent service...we had a poorly piglet and the vet recommended we try 2nd cut Timothy hay along with other things to get her strength back....Gracie and her sister Millie absolutely love and Gracie is fighting fit again. I was brought up on a farm and when I opened the box it took me right back to the hay fields... Well done guys for an excellent product.”
