About Nibble & Gnaw:

Everyone involved in Nibble & Gnaw is a pet owner. And we all want the same thing: our pets to be happy and healthy. That’s our mission. It's the reason we founded the business.

We all know that diet is the most important thing for keeping small animals happy and healthy, and that forage should make up about 90% of their diet.

One day, whilst complaining about the poor quality of hay being sold, one of our friends said: "You know the hay I take into the Middle East for their thorough-breds? What about bringing that in to the UK for rabbits and guinea pigs?"

And that's how Nibble & Gnaw got started!

“In Sept this year, my two grandchildren lost their two Guinea pigs Jaffa and Sophie (both 5yrs old ) both of who loved their Nibble and Gnaw 2nd cut hay. The kiddies now have Turbo, Pandora and Orla three baby Guinea pigs, who are now, also loving their Nibble and Gnaw 2nd cut hay, so much so, I (nanny, Guinea pigs carer) now have to order the 8kg box. This is a 100% quality product.”

“My big boy Blue will only eat Nibble and Gnaw’s First Cut Timothy Hay. There is no point in buying any other brand. I would recommend for all bunnies x”

“The rabbits are both very fussy when it comes to hay. They love alfalfa but obviously they can’t have it all the time. So I bought a starter box to see which other hay they might like and they love the 2nd cut so I just keep buying that one.”

“What an amazing company! Our two Guinea pigs absolutely love the 2nd cut hay, if I’ve run out they turn their nose up at anything else! Nibble and Gnaw have always delivered promptly from the time I’ve ordered, usually 2/3 days, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now or the piggies would be very cross! Thank you so much for a fabulous service”

“I was hoping my bunnies would like this hay but I was a little disappointed as the first cut was quite dusty and the second cut was brown. Back to Oxbow and Science Selective for a better quality hay. Didn’t like the guilt trip leaflet that came with the samples telling me not to post a bad review!”

“I've been buying my bunnies their hay from Nibble & Gnaw for some time now. They love the 2nd cut Timothy hay. I've tried all sorts of hay from lots of other places but I have to honestly say that Nibble & Gnaw's is by far the greenest and tastiest and my bunnies always go for this first. It also smalls devine!”

“Have been receiving hay from this company for a while now and so I thought I should give an honest review. I can honestly say its the only hay my Rabbits and Guinea pig will eat. Always green, well packaged and minimal dust compared to major competitors. The price is also reasonable. Delivery usually takes a few days so best to have an order ready before you run out. Website is also very easy to navigate and changes can easily be made for type of hay or date you require delivery Only improvement I would suggest is when nibble points are given after each purchase, you can deduct the price from your repeat deliveries. I haven't found a way to do this.”

“My Guinea pigs absolutely love this hay. I’ve tried many before but this has to be some of the best quality I’ve purchased. The subscription runs smooth every month and delivery is great. Packaging is also very good and recyclable. Would highly recommend!”
