“Completing a course with the NHA was very straightforward. I was provided a very detailed training plan and lots of resources to help me complete my course with ease. The online assessment was also very easy to follow and the guidance I was provided by the invigilator made attending the assessment via a new online meeting system simple and easy to follow. I managed to pass my personal license holder exam the first time, and once I did the invigilator called me straight away to tell me the good news and how we will proceed with the next steps in the process, one step closer to getting my personal license holder card. Each step of the way I have been well informed on my progress and what I need to do next. It has been a pleasant training experience, which I would recommend to someone else hoping to apply for a personal license in the future.”
