Support while doing test was good but certificate took 2 weeks to arrive after being told 3 different dates causing me to miss appointments then phone calls/emails not returned

Hi Dale. I noticed that you posted a 1 review on or review page which is disappointing from our point of view. We delivered a very fast and efficient exam service for you. You took the course and the exam at you own time of choosing. The problem for all training companies is the delivery of certificates from the exam body can vary as they batch print. Taking into consideration weekends and the fact that the certificate has to come to us first as part or OFQUAL rules you still received your certificate quicker than any other non online exam could have even marked the exam for a result let alone send out the certificate. We saved you 8 hours at an all day course, the wait on exam results and travel. I really think that a 1 is grossly unfair in this situation and would ask that you review this. I've just reviewed the whe process for your exam. You sat the exam online on Friday 26th July getting an instant pass result. The exam body printed and despatched the certificate to us on Thursday 1st Aug, just 4 working days and we despatched to you on Monday 5th Aug. From exam to final despatch was a mere 6 working days. Our policy which we over exceed just about every time is 10 days. You review is grossly unfair. Regards Mark Bowden
By leaving applying for your Personal Licence late is not the fault of the Hospitality Academy. We tell every client interested in gaining a licence to not wait until the last minute. It can take up to a month to gain a Personal Licence, the council taking the greatest time. Taking an online exam with us sped up the process for you exponentially, from exam to certificate in a matter of days. This is a qualification, the certificate is an OFQUAL certificate and comes from the examining body, their will always be a time for them to print, despatch to us then receive after we send on to you. You were clearly desperate to get your certificate and blamed your own procrastination in the first instance on us and lashed out unnecessarily, even though we delivered as we promised as we invariably always do.
