“I fully disagree with this review before me ...My child is in this nursery for long period time , and every time he wants to go there with a smile. The staff provide children with a lot of care and the manager is the right person in this position because apart from being a person who is warm towards the children, the parents also can count on her help in any case. This Nursery is really professional.”

“My 2 year old twin girls attended New River Nursery for 6 months and we’re genuinely gutted to be leaving due to relocation. My first and main point of contact with Luisa was excellent - she really cares for the well-being of all children and families that step through the door. No matter what problems we were having, she was there to guide us through them in a compassionate, encouraging way. I was a very anxious parent to begin with, unable to relax and confidently leave my girls in anyone’s care but I wouldn’t think twice now. Teresa, Larissa, Eva and Hailey in the “small room” really got to know and care for my twinnies, accommodated their needs/ interests (Bubbles! Teddies! Dinosaurs!) and created a nurturing environment for them to play, learn and thrive. All the staff in the “big room” seemed genuinely lovely as well, always greeting us with welcoming smiles; I’m sad we won’t be joining and getting to know them too as the girls get older. We’ll miss everyone dearly and are so thankful for our short but wonderful time at the nursery.”

As a parent, finding a nurturing and safe environment for my little one was of utmost importance, and the manager and their team have gone above and beyond my expectations From the moment I walked into the nursery, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Luisa exuded a genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment a nurturing environment for every child in their care. Their dedication was evident in every aspect of the nursery's operations The safety and security measures implemented at the nursery were exemplary. The facility was well-maintained and equipped with state-of-the-art security systems, ensuring that my child was protected at all times. Additionally, the staff underwent thorough background checks, and the nursery had strict protocols in place for entry and exit procedures. It brought me immense peace of mind to know that my child was in such capable hands. curriculum and individualized care provided to each child. The Nursery Manager and their team created a stimulating and engaging learning environment, tailored to meet the developmental needs of each child. I was impressed with the variety of activities and experiences offered, from art and music to outdoor play and imaginative storytelling. Communication between the nursery and parents was outstanding.The nursery manager actively encouraged open dialogue, and they were always available to address any concerns or questions I had. Regular updates, both verbal and written, were provided regarding my child's progress, activities, and milestones achieved. It was heartening to see the genuine care and interest the nursery team had in my child's growth and development The nurturing and compassionate nature of the nursery staff, led by Nursery Manager Luisa created a warm and inclusive environment. Every staff member I encountered was approachable, patient, and genuinely cared for the well-being of each child. They were attentive to individual needs, ensuring that every child felt supported and loved throughout their time at the nursery. In summary, I cannot speak highly enough of about the Nursery Manager and their exceptional team. Their dedication to providing a safe, stimulating, and caring environment is commendable. If you are seeking a nursery that prioritizes the well-being and development of your child, I wholeheartedly recommend New Rivers nursery. “Love it !!! My daughter had been in New River Nursery since she was two and is now leaving to go to Primary school . She learnt so much . She has enjoyed her time there . She's made her really good friends and was really happy attending The teachers are just Amazing . She has loved her teachers and Luisa of course . They were very helpful , kind and caring. My daughter and i will definitely miss the lovely time there , the memories , the friends ... Thank you so much for everything”

“New river nursery is a great nursery, the manager and all staff are fantastic and are so welcoming and have helped me and my daughter so much,my daughter has autism and they are great with her and she has progressed so much from being at this nursery, happy daughter and happy mummy ☺ brilliant nursery !!”

“My son attended new river for around a year before we moved, he absolutely loved every moment he was there, the staff were amazing his key worker worked very well with him. And due to having allegys and eczma the staff made sure i never had a worry with him in there care, brilliant nursery i would recommend to anyone”

“Staff are excellent and my daughter was so happy there. Her vocabulary expanded , she developed social skills whilst maintaining her character. When dropping off I felt like joining in for the fun and the atmosphere. Wholeheartedly recommended!”

“I had to flag huge safe guarding issues at this nursery. Mainly the side gate being left open. The manager was rude when we flagged it up in a meeting with other issues we had. She went from being rude to crying. So unprofessional. We also walked into to find my son pushing a cabinet around the room with another boy. All they had to do is put the stopper on. But if they are forgetting such small things like that?! When the manager found out my son was leaving. She ignored my son and her level of care was 0. Do you really want someone like that looking after your child? I think the staff are actually ok but the manager shouldn't be working in child care. Emotions shouldn't be involved when running a business. And your priority should be the children's safety & care. Speaking to other parents they have concerns too but haven't done anything about it. Removing our child was literally the best thing we could have done. And seeing the managers behaviour after just proved I was doing the right thing.”

“New River Nursery has been a second home for our son. He has been very well looked after ever since he started with the nursery since 2016 and we have not had any concerns. The staff are all very polite and always welcome us every day with a big smile. Our son looks forward to going to nursery every morning and has learnt so much throughout her learning journey. Thank you to all at New River Nursery , we are very grateful for all your love and support all the way.”

“My daughter lives the nursery, she even asks to go to the nursery on the weekends,she always talks about the staff who are sensitive to her needs. I would recommend New River nursery to any parent who are looking for a good nursery. Thank you for your great job.”

“We love this nursery! My son was very shy when he started and reluctant to join in at social events. He now has loads of friends and is very close to the friendly staff. His learning has improved hugely too and he can't wait to go every day - couldn't ask for more!”

“Since joining New River Nursery my son has developed in so many ways. He has improved socially and academically and looks forward to going into nursery. The nursery itself is a fun, bright and open environment and I think it provides the backdrop for effective learning. The teachers are caring and supportive and work closely with the parents to help in your child's development.”
