“I did really big research, seen many nurseries in my area but the day when I went to New River Nursery I new straight away- that's where my daughter will be happy. From the very beginning everyone was very helpful, professional and CARING! I can reassure everyone that Luisa (the owner) and all staff that works there they have the right qualifications and the most important they accually enjoy, love to be with kids. Because my daughter is Polish and was never separated from me I thought it will be really difficult for her to settle in but thanks to all staff and Mrs Dominika (that from day one my daughter mentions her name every single day till now) settle in was so easy. She now loves going to the nursery, she is happy there every single day. Her confidence, communication skills and knowledge improved a lot. They deserve more that 5*”

“Choosing the right nursery for your child is such a big decision, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better one. My son has been attending for over two years, and seeing how much he has grown, learned, and flourished has been amazing. He has come so far in every way, and it’s all thanks to the incredible care, patience, and dedication of the staff. Every single morning he goes into nursery with the biggest smile on his face, excited to see his teachers and friends. As a parent, there is no greater feeling than knowing your child is genuinely happy, loved, and cared for when they’re away from you. The teachers are absolutely wonderful, and luisa leads such an amazing team. They truly go above and beyond for every child, creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can thrive. I will always be so grateful for everything they have done for my son. Thank you for helping shape these precious early years and for making such a positive difference to his life. I couldn’t recommend this nursery more highly”

“We are so happy with New River Nursery. My daughter, Natalia, has had a wonderful experience here. The staff are kind, caring, and always make the children feel safe, happy, and welcome. Natalia has learned so many new things and has grown in confidence since she started. She loves going to nursery every day, which says a lot about the warm and friendly atmosphere. The team is always supportive and communicates well with parents. I truly appreciate all the care, patience, and dedication they show to every child.”

“We are incredibly grateful to everyone at New River Nursery. Choosing a nursery for your child is one of the biggest decisions a parent makes, and from the very beginning we knew we had made the right choice. The love, kindness, patience and dedication shown by every member of staff is truly amazing. Our daughter is always happy and excited to go to nursery, and she comes home every day with a smile, full of stories about everything she has learned and enjoyed. We have seen such wonderful progress in her confidence, communication, independence and social skills. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing that she is in such a safe, caring and nurturing environment where every child is treated with love and respect. “We are incredibly grateful to everyone at New River Nursery for the wonderful care and support they have given our son. The teachers are kind, caring, and genuinely dedicated to the children. They create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, happy, and valued. Every day is filled with fun and engaging activities, including arts and crafts, drawing, learning, and creative play, which help the children develop and enjoy their time at nursery. We were especially impressed with the support our son received during his settling-in period. The teachers gave him extra attention and care to help him adapt, and it made a huge difference. As a parent, I could clearly see how much effort they put into ensuring he felt comfortable and confident. From his very first days until the end of his time at New River Nursery, our son has always said that it is the best nursery and that he loves his teachers. That speaks volumes about the positive relationships the teachers build with the children. Another important point is that English is not our son's first language. However, during the one and a half years he attended New River Nursery, he became confident speaking English and was able to communicate freely with both his teachers and other children. We truly appreciate the patience, encouragement, and support that helped him achieve this. A special thank you to Luisa, whose passion, dedication, and genuine care for the children are evident in everything she does. Her leadership helps make New River Nursery such a wonderful place. “Absolutely lovely nursery, the staff are so friendly and caring. The atmosphere is welcoming and the children always look happy and engaged. Couldn’t recommend it more! Naprawdę wspaniałe przedszkole, personel jest bardzo miły i troskliwy. Atmosfera jest przyjazna, a dzieci zawsze wyglądają na szczęśliwe i zaangażowane. Bardzo polecam!”

“I have my son for 2 years it was amazing stuff and how they work with children… mu son love The teachers and they talk about them all day after school after nursery…I’m I’m being very close with Waldete because she take care of him a lot because of his asthma problem.. sad for leaving them, me and my son will miss them a lot…”

“This was a great nursery as I came here I felt so warmed and welcomed, it was very clean as other nurseries I visited were messy. The staff have been great with my son he has developed amazingly and is on his way to reception. Thank you so much for everything”

“I can't thank Luisa and her incredible team at New River Nursery enough. My daughter has been attending since she was 2 years old, and she’s now 4. The staff are incredibly loving and caring! I chose New River Nursery based on glowing recommendations from two other parents whose children attended previously and their praise was well-deserved. The peace of mind I had knowing they were looking after my little girl was invaluable. She has absolutely loved her time there, learned so much, and made wonderful friends. She continues to wake up excited to go. The teachers genuinely care about each child's needs and create a nurturing, loving environment. Thank you all for everything you do. We love and appreciate you all very much and wish you a wonderful summer break! 😊”

“Y am sou happy with "all the family" from New River Nursery. they was like a second family for my kids she learn how to speak English she was sou happy over there 😍😍😍. They really look after me girl .y am really sad she have to go for reception September...y really recommend with all my hart😊”

“It’s come to that time of the year when my little one has to say goodbye and move on to his next adventures in big school. The staff have been really friendly, helpful, flexible and accommodating to me and my child's needs. My son has really enjoyed his time here and he is going to really miss New River Nursery.”
