My 2 year old twin girls attended New River Nursery for 6 months and we’re genuinely gutted to be leaving due to relocation. My first and main point of contact with Luisa was excellent - she really cares for the well-being of all children and families that step through the door. No matter what problems we were having, she was there to guide us through them in a compassionate, encouraging way. I was a very anxious parent to begin with, unable to relax and confidently leave my girls in anyone’s care but I wouldn’t think twice now. Teresa, Larissa, Eva and Hailey in the “small room” really got to know and care for my twinnies, accommodated their needs/ interests (Bubbles! Teddies! Dinosaurs!) and created a nurturing environment for them to play, learn and thrive. All the staff in the “big room” seemed genuinely lovely as well, always greeting us with welcoming smiles; I’m sad we won’t be joining and getting to know them too as the girls get older. We’ll miss everyone dearly and are so thankful for our short but wonderful time at the nursery.
