“I initially purchased NXPowerlite when undertaking an online post-graduate diploma which necessitated the monthly transmission of coursework by email. The requirement to utilize word, excel and powerpoint presentations resulted in very large files that proved problematic for receipt. Having tried the evaluation version of the product, this serving to significantly reduce the file size of my submission to levels I never thought possible, I purchased the product twice, once for Windows and again for OSX. I regularly use it and I condense files for my son who is currently at university. I would very highly and strongly recommend this product.”

“If you create lots of powerpoint and/or pdf files then this is a must have piece of software. I've seen files reduced by as much as 80% with zero loss that I can see. It's made uploading and file sharing tons easier. In fact I can now easily email all my slide decks since they are rarely bigger than a meg or two now - even with lots of images.”

“This is an amazing product. I was teaching a seminar and had prepared a PowerPoint presentation with more that 250 slides, many of which contained pasted-in graphics file. When completed, the deck was 39 megabytes, too large to send to pass through the email system of my corporate sponsor. After doing some research, I came across NXPowerLite and took advantage of the 14 day free trial. I was very happy to find that it reduced the size of the file by 75%, with absolutely no change to the content. Well worth the price.”

“There are few pdf compactor softwares available in the market, and some of them do not really compact the files. NXPowerLite can compact a pdf file like no other. Indeed, I have got compacted files that were about 25% of the original file. I recommend NXPowerLite.”

“I am used to get surprised with Nxplite's optimizing capabilities since I purchased this product way back when I was still using a windows OS based platform. I bought this MAC version because I had to lower down a 20mb presentation file which was very important to be sent out to a Client. When I optimized it, it only lowered down the file by 1mb making it 19mb.”

“Very easy, fast, & effective. Optimizes storage for one or a list of many files. The software does an excellent job of compressing files, such as PDFs, resulting in files that are about 50% or less of their original size and much faster loading of the files on our website. Well designed interface and excellent value.”

Genevieve, Thanks for the feedback! I wanted to let you know that we are aware of the Lotus Notes issue with Desktop v7.0.2. We have a fix for this which will be included in the next version (v7.0.3). It is currently in the final stages of testing and will be released soon. I will contact you separately to discuss a technical work-around to get you up and running with the version you have installed.

Genevieve, Just to let you know that we have now released a version of NXPowerLite (v7.0.3) that includes a fix for this problem. If you update the software now you'll be able to work with Lotus Notes without issue. Here's the direct link to the latest version: www.neuxpower.com/latest/setup
