“For what was an extremely stressful situation initially, Tom and his team (Billy and Mark) put my mind at ease after the first conversation. An extremely favourable outcome was negotiated by them, even better than I had anticipated. Months of previous worrying needlessly, my only regret was not speaking to them sooner. I cannot speak more highly of Negative Equity and would beyond a doubt recommend anyone worrying, to contact them and ease your mind.”

“We had 2 properties in negative equity. Despite being told to just "pay off the debt" by mortgage adviser and solicitor we decided to use this company. They helped us get rid of the houses and then negotiated a settlement for the negative equity part. It took almost two years but we're happy it's sorted. Recommended.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Negative Equity. Their guidance and expertise helped us navigate having a shortfall with our mortgage and made what was a very stressful situation much less stressful and more manageable. They explained everything clearly up front and were clear about how long everything would take. We would never have been able to do what they did ourselves. It was well worth the money to Negative Equity to get the outcome we did which was having the majority of the debt written off. We are so grateful to Tom, Billy, Ciara and the whole team and I definitely recommend them to anyone.”

“Billy and his team have made this 10 year headache disappear by showing me and helping me find an end to this nightmare. After years and hours of trying to negotiate with my mortgage broker and them constantly changing the goal posts, Billy provided me with an end solution to what has been a 10 year stress in my life. I cannot thank these guys enough, i am so grateful!”

“I have a buy to let property that had turned into a financial disaster after 18 years in negative equity. I was at my wits end as to how to deal with this problem until I had the good fortune to stumble on the CD Fairfield website. Right from the beginning their teams careful listening to my situation along with a positive and highly professional attitude gave me a sense of hope around this problem that I haven’t had for many years. “I contacted Negative Equity UK/CD Fairfield out of desperation. I owned a heavily-mortgaged buy-to-let property with a huge amount of negative equity. At first, I thought they were too good to be true and I could be ripped off in some way. I took a chance because I didn't have any other options. And they were brilliant. They stopped the nightmare, supporting me and guiding me at every step, whilst working on the complicated legal aspects of my situation. Fairfield negotiated an affordable lump-sum IVA and managed the whole process, working behind the scenes. At the same time, I was directed to surrender my property. They were wonderful in communicating with me and helped me to cope with my many worries and queries - I have been the most needy client ever. They are also incredibly sharp and expert in their field. The process is long, but having Fairfield working on my case, meant that the burden was eased along the way. They saved me around £50K in total - well-worth the fees, in my opinion. Without Fairfield, I would have been paying this debt off for the rest of my life or I would have had to sell the family home. I am so grateful to them.”

“I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found NE UK / CD Fairfield. They helped me clear up a complicated and unpleasant mess involving 2 buy to let propoerties both with huge negative equity. The process wasn't easy but they guided me through it. I'm now post IVA with all of that behind me and am very grateful.”
