“Many of the walnuts are stale or dried out. Edit: Natural Choice have pointed out that the new season’s crop are not due to be on sale for another month or so. What they have supplied to me is last year’s stock.”

Hi Elizabeh, We are sorry to hear of your disappointment in the walnuts we’ve supplied. However, as a natural in shell product, given the time of year, and the fact most walnuts are harvested between August and November (depending on origin) it’s only natural to find some dry/stale nuts within the sell. The first of the new crop from California has only just arrived in the UK. This will be available to purchase from the end of August/early September. If you are expecting the freshest walnuts, then you should be purchasing in September/October when the new crop normally becomes available. Kind regards The HBS Natural Choice Team
