Hi Alisdair, Thank you for your 5* review - it is very much appreciated by everyone a HBS Natural Choice! As for your recommendation for biodegradable packets, this is something we've visited many times before and will continue to investigate going forward. However, the fact we sell perishable food products does cause complications when using this type of packaging. Ture biodegradable/compostable packaging isn't completely air tight and tends to absorb the natural oils from our products, this results in shorter shelf life and unsightly stains on the packaging. There are some types of biodegradable packs with duel layers and non absorbent barriers which could work, unfortunately this type of packaging is hellishly expensive, also, the "Biodegradable" labeling is questionable given fact it can still take decades to degrade which is almost misleading customers.
