Therefore, we can only assume this damage was caused in transit. “I left a 1 star review as a criticism of DPD. I have now received my order and the product is ideal for my requirements. I am pleased to hear from Natural Choice that they will soon be offering Royal mail as an alternative to DPD.”

Hi Sue, We can only apologies for the delays and any inconvenience caused by DPD. Although we agree DPD are constantly creating issues for our customers and our company - they are still the best of a bad bunch for mainland UK deliveries. Sadly your 1 star review only damages our Natural Choice reputation and has no affect on DPD who are clearly to blame. If you are upset with DPD's service and performance, I'd encourage you to leave a review on their trust pilot page: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.dpd.co.uk As for offering an alternative service to DPD, we have just signed a deal with Royal Mail which will be available online within 2-3 weeks.
