“ I’m a real procrastinator) I finally decided to order the mattress topper last week, I thought with the trial period I had nothing to lose, I called first as had a couple of questions, customer service was great, it arrived a day later, very well packaged, I allowed 24hrs for it to ‘puff up’ & then popped it on the bed, fitted perfectly, straps & little dots underneath held it in place & so so comfortable, I definitely won’t be needing the trial period, we loved it from the first night, it really is everything they say, best nights sleep we’ve had in years, highly recommended. ”
