“The first time I've dealt with my motor world. Very easy to order. But I ordered on 5/5/25. Apparently evri the courier has had my order in the delivery depot in Inverness since 7/5/25. I have still not received the order,it is now 13/5/25. I find this unacceptable and would suggest using a reliable courier as evri have "LOST" multiple orders from other online suppliers.”

“the packaging is pitiful. The twisted parts and some kind of plastic—all the part boxes are completely crushed. The parts could have been damaged at any time. Delivery must be next day but late 4 days..”

However, as previously communicated, we authorised the return of the parts based on our standard policy, which requires the goods to be returned before a refund can be processed. Unfortunately, refunding the order without receiving the parts back is not possible. Regarding the packaging, we take great care to ensure all items are securely packed to minimise any risk of damage during transit. We regret if the packaging did not meet your expectations, but without the returned parts, we cannot verify their condition or accept responsibility for any damage. “Tried to order but item was out of stock. Was able to set up stock reminder and after a few days got email informing me of new stock. Item delivered for free within 48 hours. Price was competitive for a good quality item. Highly recommend”
