“First order with you guys and will definitely use you again., the price was good, ordering was easy and the delivery time was brilliant. The only small problem was that I was emailed a discount code which wouldn't work so ended up paying the full price. Apart from that everything went well, cheers.”

“Product (Bluecol Antifreez 5ltr) didn't arrive. EVRI tracking info was late. Appeared original package was damaged beyond worth. 2nd one dispatched 'fast service', arrived in poor card box with too little packing, but was complete. Incredibly poor packing, difficult to believe.”

“Really easy stuck in Reg number, part comes up..delivered within 3 days. I would say maybe use less packaging.. A fair sized box for a oil pressure switch. Might have saved me a few quid in delivery charges.”

“The part I ordered was out of stock so they sent me a replacement that was the wrong spec. After a lot of email back and forth they finally agreed to collect the part for refund. That was 14 days ago and I still haven’t been refunded, today I raised a dispute claim through PayPal to get my money back. I thought this store was amazing and recommended it to friends, but after this experience I will be shopping elsewhere for a better return policy. Order at your own risk!”

We're sorry to hear about your experience. It looks like the correct parts for your vehicle are BP1834 and BP1836, but the items you ordered were MBP1833 and MBP1836. Our website does display multiple options, and we collected the incorrect set as a goodwill gesture.
