“Ordered brake discs and pads for "Next day" delivery so I could get my van through its mot and was bullshited by customer service for three days saying they will be delivered and they never arrived. Messaged then to get a refund and have been completely ignored...! Stick to eurocarparts people lol”

“Tk be honest very disappointed and not with.the product but half way Through ordering, the site crashed so I opened it app again and went straight to payments. Unbeknown to me. It had added another car battery to my order, so I was charged a 156 pound for what I thought was one battery. I called motor world and they said the only way I could get a refund is to pay the postage to return this battery. I battery is very heavy and will be very expensive to send back.So now I have wasted 80 pounds on a battery.I do not want.I am very disappointed in this company”
